I remember a few years in the 80's we would bring up a keg to CL and keep in it the fridge the entire weekend. Of course, nothing else would fit in the fridge, but that was secondary. We would take the keg down to the beach and pull off that sucker all day and put it back in the fridge at night. I remember one year we talked my buddy into skiing THROUGH the tunnel under the bridge at night. Good times...... :thumb:

That's crazy shit right there Dave. Not sure what I'd be more worried about, crashing my $20,000 ski boat or killing the guy I'm pulling.

I wouldn't even do it during the day.

a) Water was higher then?

b) Old ski boat ('76 Glastron).

c) Long rope.

The MOST dangerous thing was getting the boat through unscathed. If you stayed on plane and went straight, it wouldn't hit bottom..... The skiier actually could see pretty well (full moon?). Three guys went through, iiirc.

That wasn't even the stupidest thing we did up there. I remember my budddy driving another guys jeep near the beach at night and swamping the thing. They dragged it out of the water and got it started the next day to get back to MSU. The funniest thing about that is the 10+ stoners trying to pull the jeep out with tow ropes at night. Needed to get a truck to pull it out......

That's pretty nuts my man. It's about 3 ft deep through it now and about17 ft wide.

I wouldn't try it.
